We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Architect to guide the development and evolution of the GEOINT Enterprise Architecture (GEA). In this leadership role, you will help shape enterprise-wide architecture strategy, mentor mid- and junior-level architects, and ensure architecture artifacts and implementation approaches align with mission objectives and government frameworks.
You will play a critical role in aligning enterprise architecture with organizational strategy while supporting informed decision-making across competing technical and operational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist the Government in guiding architects in the development, maintenance, and documentation of the GEOINT Enterprise Architecture (GEA), ensuring alignment with NGA strategy and CONOPS.
· Lead and guide architecture analysis to provide data that supports trade-off decisions between competing mission and technology demands.
· Provide technical leadership and mentorship to mid-level and junior Enterprise Architects, guiding the development of proposed architecture design changes based on requirements analysis and emerging technologies.
· Ensure enterprise architecture artifacts and approaches comply with DoDAF and IC Program Architecture Guidance (PAG) standards.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, or 12+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
· 12+ years of experience in government or industry in one or more of the following areas:
o Enterprise Architecture
o Solutions Architecture
o Data Architecture
o DoDAF
o IC Program Architecture Guidance (PAG)
· TS/SCI clearance, with ability to obtain SCI and successfully pass a polygraph.
Preferred Qualifications
· Master’s degree in a STEM-related field.
· Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) processes, tools, and languages.
· Federated Enterprise Architecture Certification, such as:
o Certified Enterprise Architect – National Defense University, College of Information and Cyberspace: Enterprise Architecture Certification
