Duration: 06+ Months with Possible Extension.
Pay Range: $60-$65/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Cloud Solutions Architect with 8 10 years of experience to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as a hands-on technical leader, partnering with Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Platform, and Product Engineering teams to drive cloud transformation initiatives on Client Azure (preferred) or AWS.

This role requires expertise in cloud architecture, application modernization, Azure DevOps, enterprise architecture frameworks, and strong experience within the Banking/BFSI domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native and hybrid cloud solutions on Client Azure (preferred) or AWS.
• Develop enterprise architecture, solution blueprints, High-Level Designs (HLDs), and Low-Level Designs (LLDs).
• Lead cloud migration and application modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Platform, Product, and Infrastructure teams to define cloud strategy and technology roadmaps.
• Build Proof of Concepts (POCs) and validate emerging cloud technologies and architectural patterns.
• Define cloud architecture standards, governance models, security controls, and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Support development teams in designing cloud-native applications using modern architectural principles.
• Participate in architecture reviews, solution assessments, and technical governance.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Utilize Azure DevOps, Azure Boards, Confluence, and SharePoint for project planning, collaboration, and documentation.
• Mentor engineering teams on cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and recommend improvements to enterprise architecture.

Required Skills

• 8 10 years of experience in Solution Architecture or Cloud Architecture.
• Strong experience with Client Azure (preferred) or AWS cloud platforms.
• TOGAF and/or ArchiMate certification.
• Azure Solutions Architect or AWS Solutions Architect certification.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Agile software delivery.
• Strong experience designing cloud-native, hybrid cloud, and enterprise applications.
• Experience creating:
  • High-Level Design (HLD)
  • Low-Level Design (LLD)
  • Solution Architecture Documents
  • Technical Design Documents
• Strong knowledge of cloud security, governance, networking, identity, and access management.
• Experience with cloud migration and application modernization.
• Programming background in one or more of the following:
  • C#
  • .NET
  • Java
  • Python
  • Salesforce
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Banking or BFSI domain experience.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with Azure Boards, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Experience with enterprise integration and API-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, or CloudFormation).
• Understanding of container platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8 10 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Cloud Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture.
• TOGAF and/or ArchiMate certification required.
• Azure Solutions Architect certification preferred; AWS Solutions Architect certification acceptable.
