Key Responsibilities
Platform Architecture & Engineering
AI-Driven Operations & Automation
Drive adoption of AIOps capabilities (predictive analytics, anomaly detection, automated remediation), applying strategic thinking to identify use cases where AI improves operational efficiency and reliability.
Leverage AI/ML tools to improve:
Incident prediction and prevention
Capacity planning and performance optimization
Develop and maintain self-healing infrastructure and automated remediation workflows.
Integrate AI-powered tooling into monitoring, ticketing, and operational processes.
