Enterprise Cybersecurity Penetration Tester
The Opportunity Are you ready to make a meaningful impact at Booz Allen? As a pivotal member of our Enterprise Cybersecurity (ECS) Red Team, you will take on a specialized role as a penetration tester working directly with new products in development to identify vulnerabilities and reinforce our security posture. This unique opportunity allows you to lead dynamic penetration testing and product assessments, uncovering weaknesses and strengthening the security foundations of our organization. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where cutting-edge offensive security intersects with strategic advising, which drives innovative analysis and actionable solutions for the Booz Enterprise.
Youll design and execute end-to-end red and purple team exercises adhering to established rules of engagement to reveal and address gaps in our security posture. Your expertise will be applied across cloud-native and mobile platforms, ensuring our defenses are resilient and agile. Youll translate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior executives, making your voice heard at every level.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the individuals particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 annualized USD. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allens total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
