Job Description

Overview

Microsoft's Windows Device Sales (WDS) organization partners with the world's largest device and technology companies to bring Microsoft software and services to market through compelling hardware solutions globally. WDS plays a critical role in driving Microsoft's revenue, profitability, and platform growth by shaping the device ecosystem across OEMs, channels, and silicon partners.

As part of WDS, the Pricing, Strategic Deals, and Investments team is responsible for defining investment strategy, managing a multi-billion-dollar incentive stack, and structuring strategic deals that accelerate growth and competitiveness across the ecosystem.

We are establishing a new Enterprise Deals capability focused on growing Windows platform share in the world's largest corporate accounts. As Enterprise Deal Manager, you will play a foundational role in building and scaling this capability globally.

This role sits at the center of Microsoft's enterprise device motion, working across sales, partners, finance, and category to shape deal outcomes in complex and competitive environments.

Importantly, this role does not own the commercial sale. Instead, it influences platform choice by structuring deal interventions, orchestrating stakeholders, and ensuring Windows remains competitive in strategic enterprise opportunities.

Role Scope & Impact

  • Build and scale a new enterprise deal capability to grow Windows platform share in strategic accounts
  • Design and operationalize end-to-end deal constructs, including governance, funding mechanisms, and decision frameworks
  • Act as a central orchestrator across Microsoft teams and external partners to shape deal outcomes without owning the sale
  • Drive targeted interventions in competitive enterprise opportunities
  • Establish clear investment discipline, ensuring funding is prioritized against the highest-impact opportunities
  • Create repeatable playbooks, processes, and tools to enable global scale and consistency
  • Provide visibility and insight to senior leadership on deal performance, risks, and strategic trade-offs

  • Partner with sales and data teams to identify at-risk opportunities using signals and field insights, and prioritize interventions accordingly
  • Drive accountability across Microsoft and partner teams to ensure successful deal execution and follow-through
