Please see job description below. Pay is $17.00 per hour to begin; 20-25 hrs per week. Job Title: Enterprise Driver (part-time position) Job Purpose: The Enterprise Driver plays a vital, hands-on role in supporting Spectrum Suds operations. This position is responsible for timely pick-ups and deliveries of customer laundry, while also assisting with production tasks to ensure high-quality service. The ideal candidate is reliable, adaptable, and willing to work flexible hours based on operational needs, including early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekends. ________________________________________ Primary Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate pick-up and delivery of customer laundry, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and excellent customer experience Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding delivery schedules, updates, and service needs Assist in the laundry production process, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and packing as needed Safely lift and transport heavy laundry bags and materials Utilize the Curbside application and other systems to track and manage various phases of the laundry process Support production needs across Spectrum enterprises as required Take initiative to maintain and enhance quality control standards across all services Help ensure consistent, high-quality output in all business operations Represent Spectrum Suds professionally while helping to build positive relationships with customers and community partners Identify potential business opportunities and support efforts to grow the organizations mission Perform other duties as assigned to support overall operations ________________________________________ Requirements Valid drivers license with a clean driving record to drive company van, 3 years' experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to lift and carry heavy loads regularly Flexible availability, with willingness to adapt schedule based on business needs Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset Preferred (but not required): Prior experience in laundry services, delivery driving, or production environments ________________________________________ Key Attributes for Success Dependable and punctual Detail-oriented with a focus on quality Adaptable and flexible in scheduling and responsibilities Proactive and solution-oriented Committed to supporting Spectrums mission and values To apply: marissa@spectrumdesigns.org
