This position partners directly with senior perioperative leadership to shape long-range planning, optimize organizational structures, and drive innovation in perioperative care delivery across UCSF campuses. The Enterprise Leader will lead initiatives that elevate surgical outcomes, standardize education, and foster collaboration across clinical teams, academic departments, and external partners, advancing UCSF's mission of excellence in academic medicine and patient-centered care. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF.
