Job Description

We are seeking an AI Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-powered automation to design, develop, and implement enterprise AI solutions. The role focuses on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry/Studio, and modern AI techniques to enhance productivity, automate business processes, improve customer experiences, and drive innovation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong skills in AI/ML, prompt engineering, API integration, data analytics, automation, cloud technologies, and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services.
• Develop Generative AI capabilities, including RAG, embeddings, and semantic search for enterprise use cases.
• Build and integrate AI agents and agentic workflows with REST APIs and enterprise systems.
• Create prompts and prompt chains following best practices and responsible AI guidelines.
• Implement data pipelines, monitoring, and analytics for AI solution performance and governance.
• Collaborate with product, security, and compliance teams to deliver solutions in complex and regulated environments.
• Contribute to CI/CD, version control, and DevOps practices for AI and application components.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in software engineering, AI/ML, cloud engineering, or automation roles.
• 2+ years with Generative AI, LLMs, or Microsoft Copilot technologies delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Foundry/Studio.
• Experience with prompt engineering, RAG patterns, AI agents, and AI integrations via REST APIs.
• Programming in Java or JavaScript and use of Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on with Azure cloud services and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Knowledge of data analytics, AI monitoring, and responsible AI and governance practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift and containers.
• Background implementing AI solutions in regulated environments.
• Understanding of AI security, model risk management, and governance frameworks.
