As a Enterprise Growth Manager - RIA, youll develop, manage, and lead key relationships within the RIA marketplace. Youll manage American Funds Distributions presence, relationships, and business results with a select cohort of the largest, most-influential RIA firms across the nation. You will also manage some important relationships within our custody partners and develop opportunities and sales with new entrants into the industry. Your role will feature significant travel, both individually and along with distribution partners across Capital Group.
You excel at delivering compelling and informative presentations. You have a strategic mindset and the ability to lead efforts with functional partners. You have expert command of the RIA distribution landscape and can manage several projects/initiatives simultaneously. Youre motivated by setting goals and measuring your performance against them. You are a well-rounded collaborator and work skillfully with other Senior Sales Force members to identify opportunity for better investor outcomes.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capitals annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
