The DDRC IT team is looking for a collaborative, solutions-oriented professional to join us as the Enterprise & Health Information Systems Analyst. This role serves as the operational owner and administrator of DDRC's assigned health information and business applications, with primary responsibility for CareLogic, DDRC's electronic health record (EHR), and additional responsibility for other critical business systems including ERP/financial systems, HRIS platforms, or comparable SaaS applications. The ideal candidate is analytical, customer-focused, organized, and passionate about leveraging technology to support clinical, program, operational, financial, and administrative teams while ensuring systems remain secure, compliant, efficient, and aligned with DDRC's mission.
What You'll Do:
Application Administration and Ownership
Serve as the primary technical administrator and operational owner for CareLogic and other assigned program and business applications. Configure and maintain application settings, roles, permissions, workflows, forms, templates, reports, notifications, and supported integrations. Monitor application performance, identify recurring issues, and coordinate resolution with vendors, managed service providers, and internal resources. Evaluate system utilization and recommend enhancements that improve efficiency, controls, compliance, and user experience. Support application selection, implementation, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, consolidation efforts, and retirements. Maintain an application inventory including ownership, vendor relationships, support contacts, renewals, dependencies, and risks.
Business Partnership and User Support
Partner with program, finance, HR, training, quality, and operational teams to gather and define business requirements, then design and implement application configurations, workflows, reports, forms, and support solutions that align with approved business needs.
Reporting, Data, and Workflow Management
Design, develop, modify, test, maintain, and document reports, forms, workflows, dashboards, templates, and data extracts. Validate report logic, calculations, data integrity, and business requirements with stakeholders. Ensure the protection and appropriate handling of PHI, PII, employee data, financial information, and other sensitive data.
Vendor and Application Lifecycle Management
Serve as the primary operational IT liaison for assigned software vendors, managing support, escalations, issue resolution, implementations, and vendor performance. Review and evaluate product releases, security notices, roadmaps, licensing and subscription changes, renewals, and end-of-support announcements. Support software licensing, subscriptions, renewals, vendor performance reviews, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
Identity, Access, Security, and Compliance
Administer and monitor user access throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with role-based access controls, segregation of duties, least-privilege principles, and approval requirements. Maintain documentation for access management activities, including requests, privileged accounts, exceptions, reviews, and remediation efforts. Support HIPAA compliance, audits, privacy requirements, and internal controls by identifying and escalating privacy, security, operational, financial, or clinical risks.
Advanced End-User Support
Provide Level 2 support for application, workflow, reporting, access, and complex technology issues, and assist with Level 1 Service Desk activities during periods of increased demand. Document troubleshooting activities, resolutions, user communications, and knowledge transfer materials within the ticketing system. Participate in onboarding, offboarding, incident response, and business continuity activities while identifying and implementing improvements to training, processes, and system configurations.
