Senior IT Enterprise Analyst Oracle EBS R12.2 Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA (Union Station Area)
Duration: 6-Month Contract Assignment
Schedule : Hybrid Monday & Tuesday Onsite
Hours : 9/80 Schedule, 7:00 AM 4:45 PM, with alternating Fridays off
Pay Rate: $63.00 $71.00/hour
Position Overview A large public-sector organization in Southern California is seeking an experienced Senior IT Enterprise Analyst (Oracle EBS) to support, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications across Financials, Project & Grants Accounting, Inventory, and Procurement.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.2, including application development, system configurations, troubleshooting, integrations, and enhancements. This position requires hands-on experience with Oracle development tools and the ability to collaborate with business users to design and implement effective enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Support and maintain Oracle EBS R12.2 applications, including Financials, Project & Grants Accounting, Inventory, and Procurement modules.
- Design, develop, configure, test, and implement application enhancements, customizations, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, resolve support tickets, and optimize system performance.
- Develop and maintain reports, workflows, interfaces, and custom applications using Oracle development tools.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Support Oracle EBS upgrades, patches, testing, and new functionality implementations.
- Create technical documentation, provide user support, and assist with system training.
- Coordinate application projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and business requirements.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 6+ years of relevant experience. A related master's degree with 6+ years of experience also qualifies.
- Strong hands-on experience supporting and developing applications within Oracle EBS R12.2.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Oracle Project & Grants Management modules (Required).
- Technical experience with the following Oracle tools and technologies:
- Oracle Application Framework (OAF)
- Java and JDeveloper
- Oracle Workflow
- PL/SQL and SQL
- Oracle APEX
- Oracle Forms & Reports
- BI Publisher / XML Publisher
- Functional understanding of Oracle Financials, Project Accounting, Grants Management, Inventory, and Procurement.
- Experience with application configurations, customizations, integrations, upgrades, and production support.
Additional Requirements- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer visa sponsorship.
- Candidates subject to CalPERS restrictions are not eligible.
- Must be comfortable working onsite in downtown Los Angeles on Mondays and Tuesdays.
