Here's The Role

Step into the spotlight as the welcoming face of LCRA! We are looking for a driven Enterprise Lease Administrator Sr to take the reins of our dynamic lease portfolio. In this highly visible role, you will be the bridge between our enterprise team, lessees, and lessors. You will lead the charge in negotiating new leases, securing lease extensions, and building lasting partnerships. This is an opportunity to serve as the primary liaison between key stakeholders and exchanging critical lease data to maintain strong rapport. Facilitate daily relations with lessees and lessors via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. This position offers continuous professional growth, exciting cross-training, and a chance to expand your skill set!

How You'll Contribute

  • Cultivate and maintain daily communications with LCRA lessees and lessors to ensure strong stakeholder relations.
  • Negotiate extensions and new leases on LCRA properties.
  • Provide detailed lease billing information to the accounting department.
  • Utilize GIS mapping techniques to provide real estate stakeholders with easy to navigate resources for internal teams and external partners.

How You're Qualified

  • Nine or more years of experience in real estate negotiations, appraisal, land acquisition, title research, landowner relations, contract negotiation or utility infrastructure project coordination or other relevant experience.
  • A degree(s) in real estate, project management, business, law, engineering, environmental science, geographic information systems or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
  • Driver's license
