About the Role Netsync Managed Services is seeking an Enterprise Network Engineer II L2 to support enterprise networking environments for our managed services customers. This role is based in Dallas TX and is responsible for advanced troubleshooting network configuration and escalation support for complex network incidents.
The L2 Engineer will serve as a technical escalation point for L1 engineers assisting with deeper troubleshooting and performing configuration changes within customer environments.
This position supports a 24x7 managed services environment and requires strong enterprise networking knowledge.
