Enterprise Operations Analyst

Operations AnalystRequired Education: • High School Diploma or equivalency and seven (7) years of related experience Preferred Education: • Bachelor's degree in a related field and three (3) years of related experience Required Skills/Competencies: • Ability to research, analyze data, and derive facts • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational skills • Knowledge of banking operations • Knowledge of business intelligence (BI) tools • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) • Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Skills/Competencies: • One (1) year of banking operations or related work experience • Experience with testing documentation tools, such as qTest Primary Responsibilities: • Analyzes and interprets data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement • Works with managers to apply data to business goals and analytical requirements, which may include capacity planning, volume forecasting and unit costing • Contributes to workflow or process change and redesign, and has a strong basic understanding of the specific product or process • Creates and maintains policies, procedures and/or training materials to maximize efficiency and customer service • May define user requirements and assist with user acceptance testing • May manage small projects and/or contribute to task forces or project teams • May also be accountable for regular reporting or process administration as owner • Works under limited to moderate supervision to analyze and solve moderately complex operational, systems-related, and/or customer issues This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.****Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**
