Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) Analysts
- 3+ years monitoring enterprise IT environments
- Experience with monitoring platforms (Zabbix, Splunk, AppDynamics, Oracle Enterprise Manager)
- Familiarity with incident management, escalation procedures, and critical incident response
- Ability to support 24/7/365 shift operations
- Secret clearance
