PAY RANGE


The Target Pay Range for this position is $156,200.00-$190,800.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $121,200.00 - $225,800.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO



  • Program Leadership & Delivery:You'lllead complex, enterprise-wide programs from initiation through completion-ensuring alignment, execution, and successful delivery across multiple teams and business units.
  • Agile Requirements & Collaboration:You'llguide iterative requirements gathering, partnering closely with stakeholders to refine needs and ensure solutions evolve with the business.
  • Governance & Strategy Alignment:You'llwork with Product Owners andleadershiptoestablishand evolve program governance frameworks that support transparency and accountability.
  • Business Outcome Ownership:You'lldefine, track, and measure program success-ensuring each initiative delivers meaningful, measurable business impact.
  • Financial & Resource Management:You'lloversee program budgets, resource plans, and timelines, ensuring efficient allocation and execution across all workstreams.
  • Risk & Dependency Management:You'llproactivelyidentifyrisks, issues, and dependencies-removing roadblocks and keeping programs on track.
  • Vendor & Partner Oversight:You'llevaluate vendor contracts, manage external partners, and ensure alignment with program goals and expectations.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:You'llown communication strategies, providing clear, consistent updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Process Improvement & Delivery Excellence:You'llcontinuously improve program delivery practices,identifyingopportunities to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
  • Coaching & Mentorship:You'llsupport and mentor project managers and team members, helping elevate program management capabilities across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS




Minimum Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administrationor related disciplinerequired, orBachelor's degree in computer science, data science, informatics, applied mathematics or equivalent work or educational experiencerequired.
  • 10+ years of experience leading complex, enterprise-wideprogramsand technology initiativesand at least 2 years of experience driving process improvement across enterprise workflows, documentation, and engineering practices
  • Proventrack recordmanaging cross-functional delivery across large-scale, multi-team environmentsandability to lead, mentor, and influence teams, including performance feedback and workload management
