The State of South Carolina is looking for an Enterprise Project Manager - Consultant (Scrum Master)
Interview Process: One Round of Virtual Interviews
Duration of the Contract: 12 Months
Possibility for Extension: Yes
Work Location: Fully Onsite. No remote work allowed.
Candidate location: Candidate MUST be a SC resident or willing to relocate to SC prior to starting the role at their own expense.
Daily Duties / Responsibilities: - Facilitate Scrum activities such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. Ensure team follows Scrum framework and agile principles.
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospective and feedback sessions.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.

Required Skills (rank in order of Importance): - 3+ Years of Experience as a Scrum Master
- 3+ Years of Experience with Azure DevOps
- 3+ Years of Experience with Leading Scrum Ceremonies.
- 3+ Years of Experience with DB Querying and Programming
- 3+ Years of Experience with Agile Project Management Tools
- 3+ Years of Experience with hybrid project management (Agile combined with Waterfall)
- Bachelor's Degree - field of study is open but the degree must be complete and verifiable
| Preferred Skills (rank in order of Importance): - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certification in Agile methodologies, like Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- Government Experience
- ERP Experience
