5+ years of experience using modern development frameworks such as Angular or similar front-end technologies for enterprise application modernization.
2+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 Power Platform solutions, including workflow automation, data integration, and low-code/no-code components.
5+ years of experience performing current-state and future-state assessments, leading fit-gap analysis, and translating business needs into technical direction.
5+ years of experience supporting or leading Financial and Administrative application modernization, including enhancements, defect remediation, and stabilization.
5+ years of experience developing strategic recommendations for technology adoption, architecture alignment, and application governance to support leadership decisions.
5+ years of experience ensuring compliance with cybersecurity, data governance, and change management standards in enterprise or government environments.
