Enterprise Project Manager (Hybrid)

We're hiring an Enterprise Project Manager to join our team in Columbia, SC. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with onsite work expected as often as once per month and as infrequently as once per quarter, with minimal advance notice. Candidate must be a current South Carolina resident; relocation assistance is not available.

Work Authorization: U.S. citizens and Green Card holders only. Sponsorship is not available for this role; no C2C or third-party candidates. Candidates must be able to work on our W2.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 15 years of experience with project management
• 10 years of experience with:
  • Change management
  • Implementing project management systems
• 8 years of experience creating Power BI dashboards

Key Responsibilities:

• Support large-scale technology and business projects
• Maintain project management standards and best practices
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement
• Enhance project management maturity across the organization

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Business Administration
• PMP or CSM certification
• CompTIA A+ certification preferred

The salary range for this position is $135,000 - $150,000.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management and a strong background in implementing project management systems and change management. They should be skilled in creating Power BI dashboards and meet specific citizenship and work requirements.
