About the Responsibilities
An Enterprise Records Management Administrator will implement and administer enterprise records and information management programs at CAP. This includes:

Program Oversight. Administer and implement the CAP Records and Information Management (RIM) policy in accordance with applicable state and federal laws and industry best practices through assessment, restructuring of existing program, working collaboratively with the enterprise business units for effective alignment with CAPs business purposes and mission. Perform strategic analysis, planning, program outreach, metric development, enterprise support, and ensure that appropriate information governance and accountability measures are in place.
Compliance. Ensure company-wide compliance and governance with the records, information and content management program through guidelines, training and presentations to all employees at all levels. Keep current with information technology, related legal and industry standards, regulations and emerging practices and their impact on the planning and implementation of CAPs information management strategies. Implement policy and governance while collaborating with Legal, Internal Audit, IT, Enterprise Security and impacted business units, on the use of records management tools to ensure best practices and agency compliance with existing Federal and Arizona state statutes.
Training. Coordinate records management training for CAP staff. Provide business unit support in records, information, and content management standards including organizational and access procedures, records retention and disposition schedules, imaging standards, essential records protection, and content security.
4.Specialist. Assist and provide technical expertise for business units in developing processes for the appropriate handling of active and inactive records. Perform analysis and related activities to ensure CAP business records and content are accurately captured into enterprise content management systems. Utilize specialty tools to support business units in their removal of redundant, outdated and trivial items and assist in bulk metadata and classification assignments. Demonstrate analytical ability in applying resource management and technology in a wide variety of disciplines and environments. Assists with administration of enterprise content management system(s). Administer legal holds when identified from the Legal department. Support the essential records and long-term/archival records programs when needed. Administer vendor invoices (document disposal, off-site storage, etc.) ensuring accurate charges and inventory. Receive, track, process and fulfill public records requests through coordination with relevant business units.
