Consider joining us today to make a difference. Primary Responsibilities:The Enterprise Request Fulfillment Manager directs all account management, provisioning, access control, entitlement, and user administration support services provided to the client.  Additionally, in this position you will:Manage all ERF and Account Management activities.Oversee account provisioning and de-provisioning operations.Coordinate workload management and staffing.Monitor access management SLA performance.Perform audit reviews and compliance reporting.Coordinate with Cybersecurity and Active Directory teams.Develop process improvements and workforce metrics. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.Five (5) years of IT operations leadership experience.Experience managing identity and access management operations.
