Arcfield is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer dedicated to supporting Enterprise Resiliency systems in a Systems Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA) capacity to the be Lead for major Enterprise Resiliency Defensive-related system acquisitions. The candidate will provide technical modeling support by assessing space requirements, Concept of Operations (CONOPs), architecture products, system schedules, and risks for end-to-end closure of the baseline for Space protection-related activities in the overall Enterprise and provide technical recommendations to the customer. This component of the Intelligence-Space Programs segment provides Enterprise Systems Engineering and Integration capabilities to a national intelligence acquisition and operations organization. The program supports full lifecycle acquisition implementing digital engineering across all mission domains of complex national systems architecture. SETAs provide the customer with the expertise needed to make decision enabling mission success.
The candidate will work collaboratively across stakeholder organizations to obtain systems end-to-end closure of the Enterprise Resiliency Defense programs by supporting system readiness events out of the model following approved digital engineering processes for integration and closure. Interfacing with customers across the enterprise is imperative for system integration. As the Lead, the candidate would have the responsibility for ensuring the customer has everything needed to make the right decisions. Strong systems engineering experience, professionalism, collaborativeness, and the ability to communicate space/ground/comm technical recommendations is a must for this position.
The candidate will interact with several government enterprise systems engineers and stakeholders, as well as multiple Acquisition Offices (AOs) and government and contractor stakeholders to drive resolution plans and strategies for complex technical challenges. The candidate, as the Lead of a small team, will also support the Enterprise Resiliency SETA Lead as well as the Enterprise Portfolio Manager with strategic planning for future capability acquisition and insertion into the baseline leveraging digital tools.
