You'll work closely with business users, IT, and external partners — especially in areas like Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Manufacturing.As a Sr ERP Analyst…You'll play a key role in how to use technology to run our business.You'll work with a supportive team in a hands-on environment.You'll have the opportunity to improve systems that impact real day-to-day operations.If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, understands how ERP systems support operations, and can explain technical things in plain language, we'd love to talk to you.What You'll DoAct as a go-to expert for Dynamics 365 in areas like Finance, SCM, Warehouse, and Production.Help end users with daily ERP issues and requests, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.Configure the system to match business needs and improve existing processes.Set up users, manage security roles, and support onboarding.Take part in testing new releases and updates to make sure everything works as expected.Support integrations with tools like ExFlow (AP Automation), Treasury Automation, and EDI.Build and maintain Power BI reports to help teams make data-driven decisions.Work across departments to ensure clear communication between business users and technical teams.Keep documentation up to date, including how-to guides and system notes.QUALIFICATIONS2–4+ years supporting ERP systems in manufacturing or supply chain environments.Hands-on experience with D365, AX, Oracle, or similar platforms.Solid knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Production modules.Familiarity with common business processes like Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash.Comfortable with Power BI – able to create and update useful reports.Experience with user setup, role-based security, and managing master data (customers, vendors, items).Some exposure to EDI processes and forms (like 850 Purchase Orders).Clear, confident communicator – especially when bridging the gap between IT and business.Bonus - if you've helped support D365 upgrades or used tools like Sigma.Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., IT, Business, Supply Chain).Overview: Sterling Engineering / Staffing has a rich history of delivering top talent to our clients.
