At Regions, the Enterprise Risk Management Function Manager is responsible for ensuring that risk management is effectively implemented and executed within the business through collaboration as a subject‑matter expert and providing input on business and/or product decisions.Primary ResponsibilitiesCreates risk assessments and focuses on testing assessments before implementation within Enterprise RiskRemediates MRAs and builds quality programs based on the guidelinesMonitors, evaluates, and remediates enterprise risk/loss events including root cause analysis and process improvementAnalyzes new business initiatives/projects and manages risk‑related changesAssists in the design of new risk management tools and systemsContributes to an environment of process improvementObtains and maintains necessary training related to applicable Enterprise Risk Management programsCommunicates, influences and collaborates with business leaders at all levels to foster relationships and gain consensus from a broad audience to accomplish risk management objectivesMay assist senior management with high level strategy development and implementationThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.This position is incentive eligible.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Risk Management or a business‑related fieldNine (9) years of experience in risk management, public accounting, or the financial industryPreferencesMaster's degree in related fieldCertified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)Skills and CompetenciesAbility to learn additional systems as neededAbility to research, analyze data, and derive factsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesExpert knowledge of enterprise risk management framework and principlesExpert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)Expert verbal, written communication, and organizational skillsExpert work ethic and self‑motivationCompensation DetailsThe target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and the level of the position.Job Range TargetMinimum: $133,041.15 USD50th Percentile: $182,700.00 USDIncentive Pay PlansThis role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary incentive plan.
