This is a unique opportunity to join at a pivotal stage and help shape the future of the company's Enterprise Risk Management function.Sitting directly alongside the Chief Risk Officer, this highly visible role offers broad exposure across risk management, actuarial, investments, finance, and insurance operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the ERM framework, supporting ORSA development, and contributing to enterprise-wide risk management initiatives.This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to move beyond maintaining existing processes and help build and influence a growing risk management program.Key Responsibilities* Support the ongoing development and enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework* Assist with enterprise-wide risk assessments, risk governance, risk taxonomy, and risk monitoring activities* Prepare ORSA documentation and support the evolution of the company's ORSA process* Develop risk dashboards and management reporting for senior leadership* Partner with actuarial, finance, investment, and risk teams to identify, assess, and monitor enterprise risks* Support market risk management and hedging activities, including reporting and analysis* Participate in sensitivity testing, risk analysis, and broader risk management initiatives* Contribute to ERM governance, reporting, and framework development projects### Qualifications* 3-7+ years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Risk Management, Capital Management, ALM, Actuarial Risk, or a related insurance risk function* MUST HAVE Life insurance and/or annuity industry experience* Must have exposure to ORSA, enterprise risk assessments, risk governance, or ERM frameworks* Understanding of insurance risks across multiple business functions* Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills* Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders* Exposure to market risk, derivatives, hedging, or quantitative risk management is a plus* ASA, CFA, or progress toward a professional designation is highly desirableWhy Consider This Opportunity?* Direct reporting relationship to the Chief Risk Officer* Opportunity to build and influence the ERM framework and ORSA process* Significant visibility with senior leadership and executive management* Exposure to both Enterprise Risk Management and Market Risk functions* Broad interaction with actuarial, finance, investments, and insurance operations* Entrepreneurial environment where your ideas and recommendations can make a meaningful impact#J-18808-Ljbffr
