Enterprise Risk Management Internship


Twelve-week full-time internship to begin in May/June


Hybrid or On-site

Cambia's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Program is dedicated to supporting and improving decision making, planning, and prioritization processes to ensure appropriate actions are taken to continually address risks across the Company. The ERM Program supports Cambia's leadership with the identification, assessment and mitigation for risks and exposures that could impact the Company's ability to achieve its strategic objectives, long-term strategies, values, vision or Cause. As an ERM Intern, you will be an integrated member of the team:


* Collaborate and assist Subject Matter Experts and Executive Risk Owners with quarterly risk reporting requirements, risk mitigation workshops, ongoing review and research to identify emerging risks, and build-outs for new risks identified


* Assist with ERM examinations and audits


* Assist with ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed


* Implement process improvements, including those independently discovered


* Participate in the development of policies, procedures, and practices that are essential to internal controls


* Interact with leaders at all levels of the organization


Internship qualifications include:


* Minimum 3 years of college education, working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field


* Demonstrated ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and complete complex assignments


* Required minimum overall GPA of 3.0


* Required intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office


* Ability to think analytically and make sound judgments from analysis


* Strong written and verbal communication skills


Must reside in Idaho, Oregon, Utah or Washington during the duration of the internship


The base pay for this role is $25.00 an hour.


This position is not open to candidates who require sponsorship for employment status now or in the future.
