Goosehead Insurance is currentlyseekingan experienced, self-motivated, and driven Enterprise Sales Agent to join our team.The focus ofthe Enterprise Sales Agenttogive quotes, close leads, andretainrelationships.Theywillalsoadvise clients on the benefitsofvarious policiesas well astailoringinsurance packages to meet their specific needs.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
The Enterprise Sales Agent will be working in an inside sales environmentworking with both inbound and outbound calls. They will alsotrackclientdata throughSalesforceCRM system and engagewith pre-qualified prospects.Goosehead'ssales management platformprovides ouragentsa consistent flow ofqualifiedleadsto help build abook of business.
A successful candidate will have experience ininside salesor the insurance industry,withexpertisein the sales process andclientmanagement.
Role Requirements:
Property & Casualty Insurance License (Preferred) or passing the state licensing exam, once hired
Legally authorized to work the United States
Required SkillsandAbilities
Experience with managing customer relationships
Experience with CRM systems

Compensation Summary
This position has a base salary of $50k in addition to a highly competitive commission structure.
