What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow enterprise and data center business
  • Establish revenue targets, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans
  • Expand market share and drive new customer acquisition
  • Build and maintain relationships with enterprise customers, hyperscalers, and strategic partners
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances
  • Engage executive-level stakeholders and align solutions with customer needs
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, business development, and product teams
  • Influence product roadmaps through customer and market feedback
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and market opportunities
  • Drive design wins and long-term revenue growth across target accounts
  • Lead account planning and strategic business development initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of sales leadership or sales management experience
  • Proven success selling NAND, SSD, storage, or semiconductor solutions
  • Strong enterprise and data center sales experience
  • Established relationships within enterprise, cloud, hyperscale, or data center ecosystems
  • Track record of driving revenue growth and securing major customer wins
  • Strong understanding of NAND memory, storage technologies, SSDs, and semiconductor markets
  • Experience developing and executing strategic sales plans
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work effectively across technical and business teams
  • Results-driven mindset with strong business acumen
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • MBA preferred
  • Experience selling SSD controllers or enterprise storage solutions
  • Existing network within major enterprise, cloud, and hyperscale accounts
  • International business development experience across North America and Europe

Candidates may come from enterprise storage, SSD, NAND, semiconductor, hyperscale infrastructure, cloud computing, or data center technology environments with a strong record of enterprise sales leadership and business growth.
