Position Overview 

This is a full-time on-site position in our North Scottsdale office.

We are seeking a results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will drive revenue growth, increase market share, champion our brand in the marketplace, establish new business relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. 

The ideal candidate will have the ability to quickly understand the business and demonstrate the value of VIIRL’s services and product offerings. This position requires a highly motivated and energetic individual with a strong background in strategic sales and relationship management.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive enterprise sales and exceed revenue targets
  • Build, foster, and maintain positive relationships with enterprise clients
  • Proactively identify new revenue opportunities
  • Meet/exceed revenue targets
  • Analyze market trends and provide insightful feedback to assist in product development
  • Understand all pricing of VIIRL products and services 
  • Ability to constantly refine and improve sales offering and process
  • Work with Senior Management on sales forecasting
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client launches
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as paid search, creative, operations, and design, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive marketing strategies 

 Qualifications 

  • Proven experience and success in pursuing new enterprise accounts and exceeding quotas
  • Exceptional ability to drive sales and generate new business
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve client issues and close deals
  • Experience with advertising products and channel programs across the industry is a plus (Yelp, Thumbtack, Nextdoor, Google PPC & LSA)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Service/Home services industry sales experience is a plus
  • You are self-motivated, collaborative, and driven to exceed targets
  • All candidates will be required to participate in a practical pitch demonstration
  • All candidates will be required to undergo a full background check
