Enterprise Sales Representative
Location: Southeast U.S. (Charlotte, NC preferred; Atlanta, Nashville, Raleigh, Tampa considered)
Compensation: $100K–$130K base + commission upside; transitions to full commission once book is built
Reports to: Vice President of Sales
Type: Full-time | Individual Contributor | New Business Hunter

The Role

A pure hunter seat. You'll open new enterprise accounts in print, signage, packaging, and direct mail — and own those deals end-to-end. Comp transitions to full commission once your book is built.

An established, well-funded print and marketing production firm serving national brands across retail, healthcare, automotive, and food service. Wide-format, POS/POP, packaging, and direct mail under one roof, in 30+ markets. Investing in enterprise growth — this seat is part of that.

What You'll Own

  • Prospect into target verticals — retail, healthcare, food service, automotive
  • Run full-cycle deals at $250K+ with VP- and C-level buyers
  • Build a pipeline that holds up under leadership review — clean CRM, honest forecasting, steady ramp activity, and clear reporting on deal progression

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of outside/field sales in print, signage, or packaging — with working knowledge of production and substrates
  • A real track record hunting and closing enterprise or national accounts
  • Self-discipline. This role doesn't get micromanaged.

Bonus
