We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for strategic enterprise initiatives, manage the Architecture Review Board (ARB), and help mature the Enterprise Architecture practice. This role will also support GenAI and agentic AI initiatives to enhance digital engineering and business capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Design end-to-end solution architectures for multiple strategic initiatives.
- Build Current State and Target State architecture models using Bizzdesign and ArchiMate.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the architecture team.
- Partner with Business Architects to drive Enterprise Architecture platform adoption.
- Lead GenAI and agentic AI architecture initiatives.
- Lead the Architecture Review Board (ARB), including intake, governance, and architecture standards.
- Engage with business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and architecture alignment.
Required Qualifications- 12+ years of total technology experience, including 5+ years in Enterprise/Solution Architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with ArchiMate modeling and modern EA platforms.
- Bizzdesign strongly preferred; LeanIX, Ardoq, or Sparx EA considered with ability to ramp quickly.
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS as the primary cloud platform.
- Working knowledge of Azure.
- Data architecture experience with Snowflake.
- Strong understanding of agentic AI architecture, including multi-agent orchestration, tool/function calling, agent frameworks, memory/context management, and guardrails.
- P&C insurance domain experience across Underwriting, Policy, Claims, Billing, or Distribution.
- Proven experience leading or governing an Architecture Review Board in a large enterprise.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and architecture governance skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Underwriting domain exposure.
- TOGAF certification.
- AWS Solutions Architect certification.
