This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to develop scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise application architectures with an emphasis on integration, automation, and AI‑driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have significant functional exposure to commercial operations, finance processes, quote‑to‑cash workflows, and contact center operations to deliver high‑impact productivity solutions.
