Mission: Working with the VP, Legal & Business Affairs, the General Counsel, and other Legal and Licensing Department staff, you would be responsible for managing and executing all entertainment and in-licensing contracts process, monitoring all forms of communication regarding this practice area, and keeping appropriate records therefor.
Key Result Areas Time Utilization
Licensing: Collaborate with the VP, Legal & Business Affairs attorney supporting in licensing business team on all in licensing agreement negotiations from deal memo stage to agreement execution. Maintain and update a detailed tracker for status of all in licensing deal negotiations. (30%)
Entertainment: Draft, review and manage signature process for all entertainment agreements. (20%)
Marketing / Social Media: Draft review and oversee execution process for marketing agreements, social media vendor agreements, creator agreements and other related agreements. (10%)
Support the General Counsel as needed, providing paralegal and administrative support including research, correspondence, document organization and corporate record-keeping. (30%)
Other various transactional support as needed (10%)
