What You Will Do
Lead strategic partnerships and negotiations within the entertainment industry, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Develop and implement innovative legal strategies that address complex issues in media, intellectual property, and entertainment law.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client service delivery and drive business growth.
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the entertainment landscape.
Mentor and guide junior attorneys, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Ideal Candidate Background
8+ years of experience in entertainment law or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry dynamics.
Proven track record in managing high-stakes negotiations and complex legal transactions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills, with a focus on strategic problem-solving and decision-making.
Preferred
Experience working with diverse entertainment clients, including film studios, production companies, or talent agencies.
Familiarity with emerging trends in digital media and technology as they relate to entertainment law.

Compensation and Benefits
