PURPOSE
To create an innovative and fun family entertainment experience utilizing specialized skills and abilities. Provide outstanding internal and external guest service at all times. Ensure a positive guest experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist leadership with booking, contacting vendors, ordering, scheduling, add-ons, etc.
- Direct contact for party family.
- Responsible for setting up, decorating, cleaning up, and maintaining party area.
- Pick up food and cupcakes from vendors.
- Ensure parties begin and end with timeliness.
- Ensure each party receives everything included in the package or any special requests.
- Explain all the needed rules and policies for the party.
- Ensure party is run in the sequence of the guests preference.
- Help serve food, beverages, and cake to party guests.
- Ensure the safety of party guests.
- Prevent non-party members from entering the space.
- Restock party supplies and party add-ons as needed.
- Entertain guests in a professional, family-friendly manner.
- Perform to highest standards and act appropriately for family audiences.
- Take direction from Team Leads and Supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness of work environments.
- Regular, reliable, and consistent attendance.
- Follow all company and department policies and procedures.
- Additional duties as assigned.

- Represent Nickelodeon Universe and Mall of America with highest degree of professionalism.
- Good listening skills when dealing with guests, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Ability to work as part of a team and in collaboration with other departments.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
- An outgoing and energetic person that will entertain in a family party environment.
- Prior experience as in a service position preferred but not required.
- May also be asked to train and perform as character performers.
