Your Role

Akkodis is seeking an Entra Id Engineer for a Contract with a client in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing secure identity and access management solutions, including application onboarding, RBAC, conditional access policies, and identity governance.

Rate Range: $60/Hour to $64/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Entra Id Engineer Responsibilities include:

• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) solutions to ensure secure authentication and authorization.

• Lead application onboarding, app registrations, enterprise application setup, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) management.

• Configure and support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), Conditional Access, and identity governance solutions.

• Implement and troubleshoot authentication protocols such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML.

• Monitor security events using Azure Sentinel, develop alerts, and provide timely incident response and production support.

• Collaborate with security, DevOps, and application teams to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

• 8-10 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), with strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).

• Hands-on experience implementing and managing MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, RBAC, and authentication protocols such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML.

• Proven experience with application onboarding, enterprise application configuration, identity governance, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).

Pay Details: $60.00 to $64.00 per hour
