Entrepreneur in Residence

Endeavor8 is seeking an experienced and visionary entrepreneur to co-found their next food and agriculture focused startup with us. 

This will be Endeavor8's inaugural Entrepreneur in Residence, who will have the chance to shape the role and enjoy substantial autonomy in crafting the program's framework. The role will include direct involvement from Endeavor8’s General Partner and access into our existing network.

The Entrepreneur in Residence will develop a thesis within the first 10-12 weeks, and at the conclusion have the opportunity to start a company within this space. Thesis work will be paid and company founding will be financed by Endeavor8. Endeavor8 intends to invest at the pre-seed round at market terms to finance the first year of the company’s operations.

We encourage candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply, including current academics whose research may be approaching readiness for commercialization. We are open to first time founders and mid-career professionals ready to apply their knowledge to a new venture.

• Relevant expertise and skills working in corporations, early stage startups, or academia
