Entry-Level Account Representative – Nonprofit Outreach

Synergize is a nonprofit outreach and event marketing company that partners with charitable organizations to increase community awareness and public engagement. We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Account Representative to support nonprofit campaigns through live outreach events and customer engagement initiatives.

This role is ideal for recent graduates and entry-level candidates interested in sales, marketing, communications, customer relations, or nonprofit outreach. Paid training and ongoing mentorship are provided.

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations during outreach campaigns and community events
• Build positive relationships with community members and supporters
• Assist with customer engagement and campaign outreach efforts
• Support daily campaign tracking and reporting
• Work closely with team leaders during event-based marketing initiatives
• Participate in ongoing professional development and communication training
• Help maintain a positive and professional experience for event attendees

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or internship experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply
