Piper Companies is seeking an Entry-Level Administrative Executive Assistant to support the President of a temporary housing organization that assists policyholders displaced by fire, water damage, and other natural disasters. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills. This position is fully onsite in Greenwich, CT, five days per week.
Responsibilities for the Administrative Executive Assistant:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the President, helping manage priorities, gather information, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Organize emails, meeting notes, and conversations into spreadsheets, trackers, reports, and actionable follow-up items to support daily operations.
- Communicate professionally with clients, policyholders, landlords, and external partners while assisting with overall administrative and claims-related processes.
- Maintain frequent phone and email communication with policyholders and stakeholders, providing timely updates and support.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications for the Administrative Executive Assistant:
- 1-3 years of administrative support, executive assistant, operations, customer service, or related experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Compensation for the Administrative Executive Assistant:
- $57,000-$60,000 annually
