Entry Level Assembler - 2nd Shift

This role focuses on assembling neurosurgical sponges in a clean room environment using a thread and sewing needle. You follow detailed work instructions to perform highly repetitive, precision-based tasks that require strong hand dexterity and exceptional attention to detail on a medical device production line.

• Assemble neurosurgical sponges in a clean room environment using thread and a sewing needle.
• Follow written work instructions and standard operating procedures with accuracy and consistency.
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining high quality and precision throughout each shift.
• Use hand tools and manual sewing techniques to complete medical device assembly steps.
• Inspect assembled components visually to ensure they meet quality and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain focus and attention to detail while working on a fast-paced production line.
• Handle small components and materials with care to prevent contamination or damage.
• Adhere to all clean room protocols, including proper gowning and handling procedures.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

You work in a clean room medical device manufacturing facility that follows strict cleanliness and handling protocols. The role is on 2nd shift with a Monday–Thursday 4x10 schedule, from 3:45 PM to 2:15 AM, providing three consecutive days off each week. The environment is structured and process-oriented, with a production line setup and defined work instructions guiding daily tasks. Clean room attire and protective gear are required to maintain product integrity and meet medical device standards.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beverly, MA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
