Entry-Level Assembler (For 3M)

Available Schedules:

1st Shift

• Monday–Thursday | 4:00am–2:30pm
• Monday–Thursday | 5:00am–3:30pm
• Monday–Thursday | 5:00am–2:30pm AND Friday | 5:00am–9:00am

2nd Shift

• Monday–Thursday | 3:30pm–2:00am
• Monday-Friday | 3:00pm - 11:00pm

3rd Shift

• Monday–Friday | 11:00pm–7:00am
• Tuesday–Friday | 8:30pm–7:00am

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with 3M in Red Wing to hire Assemblers on all shifts. This opportunity offers a clean, climate‑controlled environment where you will help build life‑saving safety equipment used around the world. No experience is required, you will receive full, hands‑on training and join a supportive team.

Job Duties:

• Read and follow simple blueprints
• Assemble and fasten parts
• Sew components as needed (Training provided, nor prior experience needed)
• Perform quality checks to ensure product standards
• Use small tools and equipment
• Rotate between tasks throughout the shift
• Participate in team-based production activities

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to stand and move for the full shift
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
• At least 6 months of prior work history (any industry)
• Ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and coordination assessment
• Willingness to learn new skills and work in a team environment
• Strong reliability and attendance
