What You'll Do as an Assembler:- Use tools to assemble and trim parts
- Work under a microscope for detailed assembly
- Inspect produced parts for quality
- Count and box parts as needed
What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:- Previous manufacturing experience
- Finger dexterity for working with very small electrical parts and tools
- Good attendance and punctuality
- Excellent problem-solving skills
