Entry Level Assembler

Legacy Staffing has partnered with a leading manufacturing company in Newbury, OH to hire Entry-Level Assemblers. This is a full-time opportunity (hiring all shifts) with a pay of up to $17/hour based on experience and skill level. This role focuses on assembling high-quality drinking water and softener products in a clean, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble drinking water and softener products according to specifications and work instructions
• Learn product components and develop assembly skills to meet daily production goals
• Test finished products for quality and compliance
• Follow proper packaging procedures
• Cross-train on multiple product lines
• Scan work orders and track production completion
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Communicate with supervisors regarding materials, inventory, or process questions

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to use hand tools and work with small parts
• Basic computer and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and positive attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and maneuver up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and working in varying conditions
