Compensation: $17.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on shift – paid weekly
Schedule: 1st, 2nd, and Weekend Shift Available

he hiring process is simple and streamlined, and qualified candidates may have the opportunity to start as soon as next week.
What You’ll Do as an Assembly Operator:- Assemble plastic parts using methods such as sonic welding, heat staking, gluing, and screw insertion
- Inspect, label, and package finished products to meet customer and quality standards
- Operate tools for basic processes such as sanding, routing, and punching
- Track production output and document scrap using daily logs and production sheets
- Report product defects or equipment issues to a supervisor
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following OSHA safety standards
What You Need to Bring to the Assembly Operator Role:- Must have at least 6 months work experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- No assembly experience required – will train the right candidates
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout a 10-hour shift
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must have basic math and communication skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, vibration, and exposure to machinery
- Reliable transportation to the Osceola, WI area
