About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assembly workers for a manufacturing company in Maple Lake, MN. In this role, you’ll assemble and package light?duty products in a clean, ergonomic environment. If you enjoy steady, repetitive work with reliable hours and weekly pay, this position could be an excellent fit.
What You’ll Do as an Assembly Worker:- Assemble and package balloon kits
- Apply two?sided tape to balloons
- Perform light?duty, repetitive tasks
- Maintain focus to meet daily production quotas
- Work in a comfortable ergonomic environment (adjustable tables, cushioned mats provided)
- Listen to earbuds while working (if permitted by client rules)
What You Need to Bring to the Assembly Role:- Must have 6 months work experience withing the last 2 years
- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods
- Must be able to meet daily quotas and maintain accuracy
- Must have tolerance for repetitive work
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
- Long?term potential mindset
- Reliable and eager to work in a friendly environment
