Technical Knowledge and Experience:
- High level of technical expertise in a focused area and working to develop a good general working knowledge of all technical areas including power, discrete controls, process systems, instrumentation, drives, DCS, PLC’s, pneumatics, hydraulics, etc.
- This person is recognized by peers as a dynamic and developing person and is actively engaged in coaching and training with more experienced resources.
- Takes direction and executes in a thorough and complete manor.
- Works efficiently with CAD and project leaders to deliver a superior product.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Entry Level to 3 years of experience in the controls / automation industry
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or comparable engineering discipline
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Location: Green Bay, WI
Travel:
Up to 25%
Work Environment:
- 60-75% standard office setting
- 25-40% shop and manufacturing facility
Physical Demands:
- Sufficient mobility to work in an office setting; stand or sit for prolonged periods of time.
- Must have ability to walk long distances and possess the flexibility to maneuver in and around machinery to take measurements.
- When on customer startups, must be able to travel long distances by car or plane and have the stamina to work extended hours (12+ hours per day) for up to 14 continuous days.
Compensation & Benefits:
The expected base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000â¯USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
