About the Role


Andy’s Auto Body is looking for an entry-level technician who wants to build a career in collision repair. If you have basic mechanical or auto body knowledge, enjoy hands-on work, and are eager to learn from experienced technicians, we’d like to hear from you.


Responsibilities

• Assist with vehicle disassembly and reassembly.
• Help prepare panels for repair and refinishing through sanding, masking, and other prep work.
• Learn to identify collision damage and follow repair plans and shop procedures.
• Use hand and power tools safely and keep your work area organized.
• Support experienced technicians while developing your repair skills.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical or auto body knowledge and familiarity with common tools.
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and take pride in accurate work.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work well with a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must have a basic set of personal tools to bring to work.
• Trade school or collision repair training is preferred, but hands-on experience is welcome.
