We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Automotive Parts Counter Person. This is a great opportunity to start a career in the automotive industry with room for growth and training.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and service technicians with parts inquiries and orders
• Maintain and organize parts inventory
• Process parts transactions accurately (cash, credit, and internal orders)
• Receive, unpack, and stock incoming parts shipments
• Provide excellent customer service at the parts counter and over the phone

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic automotive knowledge (preferred but not required – training provided)
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license

The Entry-Level Automotive Parts Counter Person Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.  Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $20.00 and $25.00.  The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
