Job Summary

Job Description

• Oversee and maintain inventory of research materials.
• Process material requests efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure compliance with established ISO quality standards.
• Manage daily operations, including shipping, receiving, and workspace maintenance.
• Operate and maintain equipment and supplies to support smooth workflow.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records.
• Process materials in the laboratory according to established protocols.
• Manage material cooler storage and maintain cold storage rooms.
• Perform greenhouse and plant care activities.
• Collaborate with various departments to meet project requirements.
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Assist with activities in primary and other departments as needed following training.

Education/Training/Certifications

• Completion of an Associate of Science degree (A.S.) or higher.
• Minimum of one year of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Comprehensive training will be provided in primary and other departments to support business needs.

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to pass drug screenings and criminal background checks
• Start Time: 08:00 AM
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 pounds with team assistance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and walk-behind forklifts for in-house inventory transportation.
• Ability to work in laboratory, greenhouse, cooler, and cold storage environments.
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments, including outside ambient temperatures.

Pay Rate/Salary

• Estimated Salary: $27.21 to $35.21 per hour. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
