AV Taxi Rides is currently hiring an Entry-Level Booking Assistant to support daily reservation and scheduling operations. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in customer service and administrative support within the transportation industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with booking transportation services
Schedule, update, and confirm ride reservations
Maintain accurate booking records and customer information
Respond to customer inquiries regarding scheduling and availability
Follow up on appointment confirmations and service updates
Perform data entry and general administrative tasks
Support daily office operations as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic computer and data entry proficiency
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Salary Range
